  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only for services purchased directly from Wizweb IT Solutions and must be requested within 7 days of payment or project initiation.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not applicable after the project has been approved, passed the planning phase, or marked as delivered. Domain, hosting, third-party licenses, and completed design work are non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the completed work, minus administrative fees and billed hours.
  • Delayed Communication: If the client is unresponsive for over 14 days, the project will be considered abandoned and no refund will be provided.
  • Work Quality Concerns: Clients dissatisfied with deliverables may request revisions within 7 days. If issues remain unresolved after multiple revisions, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  • Technical Issues: No refund for issues caused by client-side server or software mismanagement.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not applicable if the client simply changes their mind after payment.
  • Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be resolved by Wizweb IT Solutions management after reviewing project progress and communication records.
  • Policy Updates: Wizweb IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
